The larger the aspect ratio of the goods, the better the stability of straight running. If the aspect ratio of the goods is very small, it can be considered to add auxiliary devices (such as guardrails) to ensure the straight running of the goods.
The higher the height of the goods, the greater the risk of tipping during transportation. Please consider the following measures:
1. Minimize the distance between rollers as much as possible, with the large bottom facing downwards to ensure smooth transportation of goods;
2. Avoid sudden acceleration and braking.
When inclined conveying (slide), the center of gravity of the goods should be determined and there is no risk of tipping over; In principle, what we are discussing is non impact conveying. When there is an impact load, in addition to strengthening structural components such as the frame and legs for conveying, you should also take the following measures for the roller:
1. Reduce the distance between rollers appropriately;
2. Increase the diameter of the roller or increase the wall thickness.
When there are anti-static requirements, we will transfer the charge to the shaft through the anti-static design inside the roller, and guide the charge through the grounding of the metal frame. Please be careful not to let the coating layer on the surface of the frame block the smooth grounding process.
Our standard product design can fully meet the requirements for normal environmental humidity, but if the roller needs to be exposed to humid environments for a long time, you can choose stainless steel material.
